Advocate Mvuleni Futa is a highly accomplished legal professional, holding an LLB degree obtained from the then Vista University in 2003. His journey in the legal field began with an internship at Vista University Law Clinic in 2004, followed by articles of clerkship at the Legal Aid Board from 2005 to 2007.

On the 3rd of August 2007, Advocate Mvuleni Futa was admitted as an Advocate of the High Court of South Africa. Just three days later, he was appointed as aProfessional Assistant at Legal Aid South Africa, specialising in criminal litigation in both District and Regional Courts. He honed his skills in this position until his resignation in 2021.
